Frank is a senior partner in the Schultz Family Office and is a Senior Advisor to Valor Equity Partners. He is currently also CEO of Aescape, a leading robotics and wellness company owned by Valor. 

He is an accomplished cross-sector executive with a proven track record of leading direct-to-consumer and technology-focused B2B companies across various industries, including retail, hospitality, ed-tech, human capital, technology services, healthcare media, supply chain, and consumer products. 

His career tenure includes serving as Chief Talent Officer at Valor Equity Partners and Executive Vice President & Chief Reinvention Officer at Starbucks, with a broad portfolio of functions spanning Corporate Strategy, Enterprise Transformation, Workforce Experience, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Corporate Services, and Aviation. He is a multi-time CEO, having led Penn Foster, the premier ed-tech platform for the middle-skilled workforce, and Pri-Med Media, the largest primary care-focused healthcare media provider. He has also been an Operating Partner at Bain Capital Ventures and a Division General Manager for the IBM consumer packaged goods business unit.
